Point65 Crunch now available in 2 different versions!

When Point65 Crunch was introduced in early 2005 it was an immediate success as our most popular model.


We developed the Crunch as a PE kayak for intermediate to advanced paddlers looking for a fast and fun kayak in a more sturdy material. We also showed that a PE kayak doesn't have to be slower than composite boats. Our point was proven when a Crunch came in on second place in the 2005 Stockholm Kayak Marathon - with the longer class Sea Kayaks far behind.

The Crunch Rocker has more curvature in it's keel-line which improves end-stability and manoueverability. a perfect touring kayak for the beginner or paddler who is looking for a light and stable PE kayak to play with in surf and waves.










Crunch Rocket has a straighter keel-line which makes it much faster and more fun for the experienced paddler looking for a PE kayak which is faster than many composite boats. It was considered as one of the markets fastest PE kayaks by UK paddling magazine Paddles: "the surprise of the test was just how fast the Crunch could sprint. 11.3km/hr is faster than many composite boats."






Price and choice of colours are the same for both models. The only question you need to ask yourself is which models that best suits your particular needs - perhaps one of each?
